SHIPPING POLICY
Ruthless VyBz offers a mix of made-to-order items and ready-to-ship products. Some items may be fulfilled and shipped by trusted third-party partners. Because of this, shipping times may vary by product.
Processing Times:
• Made-to-order or custom items typically process within 2–7 business days.
• Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Event merchandise may follow specific timelines listed in the product description.
Shipping Times:
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Typical U.S. delivery ranges from 3–10 business days after processing.
Split Shipments:
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.
Event Orders:
If you are ordering for a specific event, please review any order-by dates listed on the product page. Orders placed after recommended cutoff dates may not arrive in time for the event.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept returns for event merchandise ordered after posted event cutoff dates.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
